Homemade Alien Conquest spaceship

Introducing my homemade, Alien Conquest spaceship!

I free built it using most of the parts from the UFO Abduction set.

(The UFO Abduction set has 211 parts!)

I  was about finished when my younger brother asked,

"Are you going to use the light brick?"

So I thought, and decided

what better to use it for than a laser?

And with a quick change, the laser was done. 

The ship's cockpit can flip open and reveal the alien in his chair with the controls.

I used no outside parts, only the ones from the set to build this.

There are eight blue thrusters to lift the shuttle. 

I took it apart to rebuild the main set, but I got some these pictures before I did.

AT AT Walker

In the 5th episode of the Star Wars trilogy, The Empire Strikes Back,  they start on a snow planet called Hoth.  The enemy is riding three metal behemoths, AT ATs, to the fright of the Republic (who are the good guys).

Snow Troppers.

Republic Outpost on Hoth.

Which one wins, which one wins.....hmmmmmm.

You still haven't guessed the movie from this post, so I'm going to give some hints.

All this information is very  precious.

Some people have split thoughts, literally.

They left out my favorite character who's name is Tom.

Maybe you can find it out.

 Remember, they used small people and big people.  Any more guesses?

The Pirates of the Hairybe-an

 Welcome to Port Toil, secret hide out of The Pirates of the Hairybe-an!

 Good news and bad news about being a Pirate of the Hairybe-an, the good news is you get good pay...

(Here is Capt. Black Wheelbarrow....)

 bad news is the only sport is sword fighting!

 The walls give 58% shielding.

 And, live Call of Duty!!!

 Fuzzy pets... Rats!

 This isn't a problem... 58%, remember?

Oh, I guess we got the other 42%.

Castle Red Thorn

MY MINYFIG HAS MUTATED INTO A KNIGHT!

I located the source of the change, I had just made a fortress (duh).

This is Castle Red Thorn. The Castle is a combination  of sets, and a homemade guard tower.
It is half of a mine and a smith in a tree.

Bigger and Better.

Today, I went to build with my legos, but a huge troll was terrorizing a mini figure (minifig).

The problem with this scene is the troll figure is bigger than it should be.  Do you know why? Because it's on a stand and closer to the camera! That technique is from the appendices of a movie where they needed the actors to be smaller than others.  Can you guess what movie that was?

Meet The Lego Berserker

Hi and welcome to my lego blog!  I will be taking you through my world in miniature.  I've loved legos since my eldest brother got a lot of legos and didn't keep watch.  *snicker*  Every since he moved out, he gave me all his legos.  I now have a huge collection of Legos.

My favorite things to build are castles and fortresses, small vehicles, and strange stuff that doesn't have a name.  So far, my favorite set (and most expensive) is the AT-AT Walker that moves with batteries.
